Eddie Murphy on the famous Raw Tour. We had phenomenal seats on stage left with 2 burnout friends from Wendy’s, where I worked at the time. Lots and lots of Filth-Flarn-Filth!! Pretty sure I still have about 80% of his routine still memorized. Eddie’s best work to date is still his stand-up comedy.
He played Gainesville, FL during school year 84-85. Pretty sure it was 1984, Delirious material AND the red leather outfit. Funniest show I’ve ever seen, and I’ve got a pretty good list of comedians.
