Metallica M72 World Tour, YEAR THREE. That’s right folks…Metallica is still doing multi-year tours for every album. The M72 Tour was like no other – TWO nights in every city, TWO different setlists, TWO different opening acts. This tour, following the release of their 11th studio album, 72 Seasons, was insane and could only fit in massive football stadiums on the 50-yard line – the pictures do not do it justice. The opening bands for the Friday show were Ice Nine Kills and Limp Bizkit, while the opening bands for the Sunday show were Suicidal Tendencies and Pantera. RJ brought his wife Jessica for the weekend and Dope even joined us for the Sunday show.
