This was my third time seeing Chevelle, once as opener and twice as the main act, all in 2005 promoting the album This Type Of Thinking (Could Do Us In). This particular show had Taproot and Thirty Seconds To Mars as the opening acts and was a great concert in spite of how much Taproot sucked after their first album. Not a lot in the way of a crazy stage shows with any of these bands (tech, pyro, acro, etc.) but 3oSTM and Chevelle delivered killer sets…great vocals and songs. I went with Joe, Candice, and Nikki and it was a great show all the way around!
