Janet Jackson on the Velvet Rope Tour with Usher. Janet has always been a phenomenal performer and Usher was just starting to blow up from his debut album. His opening set was really polished for a kid that had just been thrown into the spotlight and was touring to massive arenas almost overnight. Mary went with me and the show was kick ass.
